Waited 20minutes past the time we put in for our order before going inside and asking for our mobile order only to find it had been sitting out, not in a hot case, while they waited for crazy bread. When we got our pizza it looked horrible and was cold.This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location and I will no longer be ordering food from here.
I called in an order and was told it would be ready 15-20 mins.I came inside at the 20 min mark and was told it was in the oven.16 mins later I got my order. I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread.$27 I ordered one of my pizzas to have crazy crust.Got home and no crazy crust. The crazy bread was all one ball of dough.No individual sticks at all.Hardly any of the garlic parmesean stuff they put on it and in one ball of dough.My daughter even said "are these even cooked? They feel like playdough" I had no time to go all the way back as I had picked it all up on the way home from my son's soccer game on the way to an outing.So I wrote an email about it. No response. That was 8 days ago. This store clearly does not care about quality of food or making things right.I could have gotten dominos for cheaper and better quality. Do not recommend.I've never had these issues at the wandermere location.
ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! New Management and they are turning things around! Stuff looks so much cleaner, and the best pizza in town.Definitely recommend 10/5 stars!!! Just ask for the manager or one of the female workers.They will get your order out and if it's delayed, will make it right. Market Street LC is GOOD GOOD GOOD!!! They also offer free cups 😝
