Server was great.Food was ok. Steak salad was supposed to have Blue Cheese chunks, but we found 2.Steak Alfredo lacked enough Alfredo sauce to keep it palatable.Steak pieces were overcooked.Steak w/Lobster was also a bit chewy.Rib plate was the best offering.Check out pictures.

Kookabura wings were tasty.Ordered a steak, medium; it was more than well-done.Everything was over salted.Service was adequate, but not friendly.Bench seating was very stained.Hadn't been to outback in 24 years.It has gone downhill for sure.

@ first I had assumed Outback was going to be a mediocre "chain" restaurant experience but was Pleasantly and unexpectedly surprised! This location in the Spokane Valley in Washington State is connected to the valley mall.I was on a business trip from the East Coast and went with a friend from the area for my birthday.AMAZING drinks and after some really disappointing steaks recently at other establishments, I was relieved to be served an almost PERFECTLY grilled steak here! I also ordered a succulent, sweet flavored, juicy lobster tail.Had maple cheesecake for dessert and the blackberry martini.
