Let’s Roll PDX is a delightful gem nestled in a charming food pod! 🌞 I ordered the Beyond Excited burrito and was truly beyond satisfied - fresh veggies and perfectly cooked salmon made each bite divine. The tofu musubi was the star of the show, with its crispy tempura coating balancing the chewy nori beautifully.

The staff was friendly too, and our order was ready in just 5 minutes! We'll definitely return to sample the tempura burrito next time. If you're in Portland, don’t miss out on this creative sushi experience! 🍣✨
