Lempira Mexican Restaurant & Latin Cuisine is a hidden gem in Knoxville! 🌟 The baleadas are an absolute must-try - thick, soft tortillas filled to perfection for under $5! I also loved the assorted pupusas; they were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The house-made salsa? Perhaps the best in town!
