L'Echoppe de Paris

We were a party of five and stopped in for dinner.
We all got various burgers and the food was okay.
The burgers are very messy and to me the cheese is a little overwhelming on the amount and the flavor.
You can't really taste burger for the cheese and sauce.
It also leave the bun soggy to me, but others in our party thought they were good.
The price is fair for what you get.
The service was good and they speak pretty good English and we could all understand each other.

We stopped by L'Echoppe for a bite to eat when we were in Paris for the weekend.
We arrived when they opened at 7pm, and although quiet at first, it soon got busy with people wanting some of their well renown Burgers! We started off with a Charcuterie Board which was very tasty, and then moved on to the burgers.
I had the ‘Bourginon’, which was packed with slow cooked beef and topped with onions and blue cheese.
It was absolutely delicious, and came with amazing fries and a little side salad (made me feel a tiny bit less guilty about eating this monster of a burger).
My partner had the Cheese Burger and doubled up, so it was even bigger - he did struggle to finish it! We finished off with some tasty Chocolate Mouses.
We’d been walking around Paris all day so we didn’t mind treating ourselves to these tasty burgers - but you’ll need an appetite as they are huge. The service was very friendly and although small, it had a nice atmosphere.
If you’re looking for an unfussy dinner packed full of flavour - you won’t be disappointed with L'Echoppe!

Let's start from the food and the service.
Hamburger are crazy good and service too is good.
Already been here more than 5 times and it's our favorite place to get an hamburger.
If we only want to find a "defect" is the place being a bit rudimentary.
