Basalte Restaurant-Bar offers a delightful mix of French and Uzbek cuisines. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for families or groups. I tried the Uzbek pilaf, and it was bursting with flavor - definitely a highlight! The lentil salad was also well-seasoned and a great complement. The service here is attentive and warm, making you feel right at home. Plus, enjoying a drink on the outdoor patio was a lovely touch. I can’t wait to return for more deliciousness! 🍽️
