Cosy, tiny place with excellent service, and classic, homey, well made French bistro food at affordable prices.I had parsnip soup, with soft boiled egg, shaved mushrooms for entree - divine.Grilled trout came with sort of onion sauce, served with fennel & kinda boiled, lightly grilled potatoes- nothing fancy, just felt like a food hug.I could see their fixed price menu advertised for weekday lunches was 3 dishes for €20 - talk about amazing value.Lovely warm & caring service.Tiny place was full of locals.
Food so good it made me smile, all on a calm narrow street to watch people pass by from huge windows at the front of the restaurant.Stefan was also incredibly sweet.
This place is kinda like a neighborhood-comfort-french-food restaurant. Its far from the tourist sites, so the reviews must have been mostly done by the locals which proves its a great place. The food, as mentioned is not the flashy michelin style gastronomic type, but something you can eat more casually, yet quality assured.Especially the server was wonderful. She was constantly checking on me, telling me how to eat the bottom part of the artichoke, doing small talk and so on.Such a lovely place
