I was excited to go to this place. It looked simple and nice.I finally went and in fact it is simple and nice. The decoration is not too blunt and food isn’t either to the pallet.Simple food is good, and I love me a good bite of something fresh, but I do have to say that for these prices and for the experience this place seeks to offer, food is rather plain and topical and doesn’t really offer much taste.Don’t get me wrong, place is cute and food is valid but sadly didn’t do anything to keep me interested.Hopefully this is just the start of the story of a very good eatery!
Food has been great and filling every time I ordered! Could be cheaper but it's on par with most salad shops you'll come across so it's fine honestly. I haven't had any rude experiences here despite others saying so, but the owner of leaf on Google giving harsh responses to reviews isn't the best look lol.
There were two ladies working the counter when my coworkers and I walked in, both of which were vibrant and polite to say the least. Was all our first time there, but I've had this place on my radar for some time. The reviews had good looking food but stories of bad experiences with a worker who I can only guess was the same man that had everyone upset with the place. All that to say that those poor reviews were the opposite of my experience.Amazing food, terrific service, and the whole vibe of the store was on point.Dim lights over head with plenty of natural light shining in that emphasized the earthy, natural tones of the place.Plus great music. Also, props to them for having a sitting area out back, but the spot me and coworkers gravitated towards was a wood table with rustic wooden chairs.5 stars not enough, 10/10 for leaf.
