Le Provencal was my first meal that I had in Paris and was one to remember! I walked in with a party of four without a reservation and was seated immediately by the very kind owner. My friends and I quickly realized that we both did not understand each other's languages, which made things quite difficult as the menu was written in cursive French on a chalkboard. Through Google Translate and pointing, I eventually got my order in and was super impressed! We all went with the fixed appetizer + entree + dessert menu option and I personally went for an eggplant and tomato appetizer, veal as a main course, and brioche as a dessert. All three were delicious and I would definitely come back!
Very cute local restaurant: - very good quality for price - quirky staff, very attentive - high level ingredients, easy to digest - good wine! Waiter knows what type you want even with my limited french Tip: google translate picture shows you the menu in your language ;).Note that you have a permanent menu with a few options but always a menu of the day (~4 options starter/main/dessert)
I just had the best lunch experience here! I didn't have much time and just needed to eat something quick before my lunch break was over. They have a great lunch menu and I asked the kind waitress to surprise me with one of the menu options since I didn't have the time to translate the menu. They did not disappoint! I had a very tasty main and dessert.Everything was so delicious and the service was excellent! Very happy I came here for food! Can only recommend!
