Las Potranquitas is a hidden gem! Tucked inside Diamond Mart, this food truck serves up some truly outstanding Mexican comfort food. 🌮

I indulged in the #4 burrito, and it did not disappoint - the perfectly cooked potatoes and flavorful meat wrapped in a warm tortilla were divine. The chili cheese fries were a nice touch too, although I found the chili a bit watery.

The service was fast and incredibly friendly, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. I'll definitely be back for those tacos again! 👍✨
