AJ's Pit Bar-B-Q is a hidden gem in Denver! 🔥 The moment I walked in, the smokey aroma drew me in. I tried the brisket, tri tip, and pulled pork, and wow, the flavors were superb! The brisket was incredibly tender and smoky... simply divine.

The truffle mac and cheese? Absolutely a must-try! Rich and creamy, it paired perfectly with the meats. The only downside was the pork ribs, which were a bit dry. But the friendly staff and clean environment made up for it. I can’t wait to return for more beef and to sample their beer selection! 🍻😊
