My first escapade in Miami- and this is the first place my friends and I got food from. A tiny hole in the wall joint with a friendly staff- I have to recommend the Cuban coffee first and foremost. So good! The Steak Sandwich I ordered for myself was huge! Reasonably priced and filling with a big handful of fries on the side. I had to box up half of it and finish it later. My friends got the Midnight and the Ham & Cheese Sandwich. While the Midnight did have good flavor (especially with the pickles!) I'd say mine won. We didn't try the fresh squeezed orange juice- but that looked very good too. Another shoutout to the friendly staff!

THANK YOU for those kinds words!!! Really glad you all had a great experience here at Las Palmas! Hope to see you all again soon!!
Not worth it.The sanity of calling them selves great is terrible. The sandwich is a slice of ham and cheese. The pictures of the food they post is nothing as what they serve. It’s a very thin piece of ham and cheese.I wouldn’t say two slices.I asked one of the workers why serve such little portions and she stated the owners advise on the little amount to put on a dish.Over prized and dishonest with the what you’ll get. It’s no wonder there aren’t many people lining up to eat here.

Wow Elizabeth I’m so sorry you had this experience. Our Breakfast Ham n’ Cheese is exactly 2 slices of ham and 2 of Cheese.Simple and delicious. The pictures of the food are precisely what we serve here at Las Palmas so not sure where that came from but, again, so sorry you had this experience. And by the way, that sandwich in your picture looks great!
Great little breakfast and lunch joint. We had very friendly service and good food at a great price.I was disappointed they were out of ingredients to make the Cuban sandwich, but the vaca frita and the colada were both good.
