Las Palmas Lbk is a hidden gem nestled in the Caprock Shopping Center! 🌮

I recently visited for a casual lunch and was impressed by their fast service. I ordered the chicken flautas plate, which was delicious and perfectly paired with the vibrant chips and salsa. The queso didn’t disappoint either - creamy and rich!

While my son enjoyed his enchiladas, we found the crispy tacos a bit off, with some meat issues. However, the friendly staff made sure our experience was enjoyable overall.

This has quickly become my favorite spot for tasty, budget-friendly Mexican food. Can't wait to return! 🌟
