Kokio Chicken is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 🍗 The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely lunch. I ordered the half and half chicken with honey bee and Korean special sauces - both were incredible! The chicken was super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauces struck the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

The fried dumplings were a delightful compliment, too! The friendly staff made our visit even better. Just a heads up - it can get busy, so calling ahead might save you some time. Can’t wait to go back! 😋
