The fried brisket was surprisingly tender, a delightful twist reminiscent of chicken fried steak. The St. Louis-style ribs were juicy and literally fell off the bone. 🍖 Don't skip the sides – fresh and served hot, and definitely save room for the pecan cobbler with ice cream, it’s a must-try!
