Visited on a Thursday afternoon with 2 guests - restaurant wasn't very crowded (just a few other guests). Wouldn't describe staff as necessarily friendly - just did their job. Nice, clean atmosphere in a cute little tucked away location.Would recommend for a casual, quick meal with very decent prices. -Broccoli Cheddar (Average) -Greek Lemon Chicken Soup (Good) -She Crab Soup (Good) -Grilled Turkey Sandwich (Good)
My wife and I were very hungry after walking around Downtown Charleston all morning. It was hot out, so a lighter meal of soup and salad sounded perfect. We had the She Crab and Broccoli Soups and a Pimento Cheese and a Grilled Cheese. We were very impressed, especially with the She Crab, so much so that we ended up getting a bowl of that to go after our meal. I grew up eating pimento cheese from my grandmother and mother and have also had it other places.Ladies’ is different, but in a good way.It was very smooth, but also had a really good flavor. My wife loved the decor inside and out and also, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. It’s a little walk from King St, but it’s worth it.
This place is phenomenal.I have never tasted soup this good before. They also give you samples so you can decide on which one to get.I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves soups. They have a variety of other items as well ❤️❤️
