La Takiza is an absolute gem in Escondido! 🌟 I visited for breakfast and tried their chilaquiles, which were bursting with flavor and served with a perfect sunny-side-up egg. The fast service was a pleasant surprise, and the casual vibe made it feel welcoming.

The best Mexican food around, no joke.
Verified by my Mexican wife, born and raised! Heavenly food, nice employees, but it is hot inside during summer because of no AC.
I recommend taking it to go if you are sensitive to summer heat.
They have the most delicious flan, tacos, and everything.
