La Popular in Roseville has quickly become one of my favorite spots! The outdoor patio creates a warm and relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying their amazing creamy chipotle prawn tacos - truly one of a kind! We also tried the rib eye tacos, accompanied by their deliciously thick tortilla soup. The service was prompt, and the staff friendly, making us feel right at home.
