La Olmeca Restaurant is a hidden gem in Phoenix for anyone craving authentic Mexican comfort food! 🌮 I tried the caldo de res, and it was the best I've had in ages - rich broth and tender meat that warmed me right up.

The cozy diner vibe and friendly service made the experience even better. The fast service guaranteed I wasn’t waiting long, which is perfect post-hike!

While the taco Tuesday didn’t fare as well based on some reviews, I’m keen to return and try more from their menu! Perfect spot for groups and families. 😊
