Sandwich shop, Caterer, Deli, Takeout restaurant
Normally I would give them a 5 on all areas but the last 2 times were not good & today was the worse.Last time we went it was an hour before closing.They already started cleaning up & told us we only had a choice of wheat or rosemary parm bread.I had mine Mike's Way & it was so doused in oil & vinegar my bread was soggy & it soaked through the wrapper & the bag.Today there was a man I never recognized but hopefully he wasn't management! Because he is not a good person.I placed my order of regular13 & regular 56 then paid since he was a few sandwiches behind.I asked for extra tomatoes & he put 1 extra slice, said any more would make the sandwich fall apart.Told him I wanted more anyway so he put 2 more slices on my regular.Then I asked for extra bacon, that's 4 slices, and he asked me if I paid for it and I told him yes, he then turned & yelled to the cashier that was in the back if she charged me for extra bacon, she said yes.He then went on to complain to me, the customer, that last month he lost over $200 in bacon from people not charging and the staff eating it.Complaining to the customer about the staff is bad form! The poor guy on the grill was only allowed to cook 1 order at a time and was behind.Took me 30 minutes to get my 2nd sandwich.There was another lady that said she'd been waiting 45 minutes for 2 hot sandwiches & the police officer that was in front of me waited 30 minutes for his hot food too.The guy after me got his hot food right away though.This is quickly becoming not my favorite place to eat.

Ordered twice on Ubereats. Both times the chicken cheese steak No Blue cheese and on wheat. It came on white and the chicken was doused in blue cheese. Two strikes your out with me 😊

Everything went wrong :( My order was to be picked up at 10:53am and I had to wait an hour at the location to get my order. Once I got back to the work place our order was wrong. We were missing 3 of our subs. We received the wrong items. Some of the items were labeled and some weren't. The ones that were labeled were labeled wrong. They kept taking orders instead of getting the backed up orders out.
