La Baja Mexican Cuisine is a delightful find in Des Moines! 🌮 I tried the chilaquiles Verde with steak, and they were absolutely fantastic - comforting and flavorful.
My friend had the enchiladas rojas, declaring them the best she's tasted outside of her mom's kitchen! The Gorditas were also a hit, leaving us all curious about the culinary magic happening in the kitchen. 😋
While the atmosphere can be noisy and the benches weren't the comfiest, the fast service and delicious food made it worth it. Definitely going back to explore more of the menu!
