September 03, 2024I recently visited Krystal on Cleveland Ave for a late-night burger craving. The atmosphere was casual, and I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility! I ordered the iconic Krystal burgers and a side of fries. The burgers had a satisfying bite, but I found them a bit soggy, which detracted from the experience.
Service was a mixed bag - friendly staff but a lengthy wait of nearly 20 minutes. Despite that, I enjoyed their hot coffee, which was a great perk! Perfect for a quick late-night bite, but I hope they can improve on speed and consistency next time... ☕🍔
