I waited in line for about 20 minutes after placing my order with only 3 cars in front of me.
I really thought my food would have been fresh and hot.
I received my order and proceeded to leave I reached In the bag and it felt like I had ordered rocks.
My burgers were extremely hard.
I went to return the food and again had to wait again for another 5 minutes for fresh food without an apology or nothing

How could you possibly think this is right to hand a customer.
I get to work just to open the wrapper to this.
I come 3-5 days out the week, this was the last straw!!

I came in yesterday afternoon around 5 o'clock.
I had the most pleasant lady.
Wait on us through the drive through.
Really like her personality and how she treats customers.
My Food was hot and fresh.
We ordered a family pack.
It was a really big order and we didn't have to wait very long at all, with my order so large I expected a longer wait time.
very happy. Thank you Krystal 😊 💓 We will be back. Keep up the Awesome job!!!!
