Tops Bar-B-Q

Dirty establishment, I bought the beef brisket the food meat was old, hard and cold.
The service was trash just like the food and atmosphere.
The lobby was filthy there were two woman horrible just staring like we were aliens no hello, welcome to tops nothing I won't be back to this location to buy food I'm going back for the manager so I can express my disgust and I want my money back if that's doesn't happen I'll just file a complaint with the BBB 16 dollars for trash and the employee complained about not wanting to work there I noticed black establishments are always the worst to go to for anything black woman do better nasty disgusting attitudes orjust no manners or training you already have no real concern about your physical appearance skin dry like your attitude out of shape dresses like a hard working man that ain't been home sick of seeing women like this in public places they don't help the Business I'm calling code enforcement and filling a complaint with the BBB

I just started eating at this location and the service as well as the food have been good.
Management was very personable and polite and well was staff.
I want to be clear on where my dissatisfaction lies.
Todays experince was distasteful with staff I am not used to seeing.
The Beef Brisket was not chopped as usual and the cheese for my fries was not melted properly.
The older woman spent most of her time outside smoking, prior to me walking in and after I ordered.
It took about a minute for the woman with blue hair to greet me before the older woman took my order.
It seemed as if they were not trained on customer service or lacked care for the position they applied first.
I like Tops, please address this concern!

Latasha has the BEST customer service skills I have seen in a very long time.
I am a senior citizen and she listened, prepared food and was so kind.
She is a keeper.
