El Mercadito de Memphis is a hidden gem! Nestled in Hickory Ridge Mall, this cozy Mexican restaurant offers an array of delicious options. I ordered the huevos rancheros and chilaquiles en salsa verde con carne - both were bursting with flavors, though I wished the salsa had a bit more kick.

The friendly staff made sure everything was quick, and I loved enjoying a mocha frappuccino from a nearby stall while browsing their unique artisan goods.
