Super nice staff.
Food was on point.
I can't say enough about how kind the drive-through CSR was.
My fries were hot and crispy, thank you.
Now that we know that location is there, we will be back more often.

Horrible.
Went to get breakfast and the light skinned Women with a Due Rag on at work acting as a Guy Unprofessional short talked me on the mic as if she was already aggravated.i get to the window the order is completely wrong.i go inside to ask where are my drink and tots she tell the other lady go talk to him I don't wanna deal with that.
She Needs to be fired.
Simple.they caint communicate or articulate enough to see a problem & Sove it with out becoming aggravated and being rude .it's tasteless and she does not need to be Serving the public.thanks I pray the owner sees this.

I haven't been to Krystal in a while and when I did go...I should have kept my money...I stopped and got breakfast and I so wanted that breakfast bowl...right when I was about to take my first bite after stirring it up...getting it ready for me to eat..
I found hair in my food...what's up with that? I tried calling them to complain, but they don't answer the darn phone...I even sent an email and I still haven't heard back from them...well you can best believe that they have lost one of their best customers...I'm sorry...I won't be going back there no time soon.
