Koshi Eats has quickly become my favorite ramen spot in Sacramento! 🍜 The menu offers a fantastic variety of ramen and sushi. I tried the beef spare rib rice bowl and teriyaki chicken bowl, both served in generous portions. The flavors were spot on, and the pickled ginger was a perfect balance.

The atmosphere is cozy but can get busy, yet the staff manages it admirably. They were super friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

This hidden gem is ideal for anyone craving delicious Japanese cuisine. Can’t wait to go back! 😊
