Service was absolutely amazing! Beautiful atmosphere with the best server named Sam, definitely ask for him! Sushi was exquisite, they personalize and decorate your sushi plate in a gorgeous art form.

It is presented on a staircase and it is amazing.

The food was passable, but they missed the mark on some hibachi staples. 1) The fried rice looked like someone tossed white rice in soy sauce.
I honestly don’t think the used oil at all, certainly no onion or sesame. 2) The ginger salad dressing was all mayo and corn syrup, it had none of the flavor and texture you’d expect. 3) The vegetables were fresh, but sliced so thin they had no crunch. 4) The scallops were the little 1/2 inch pearl ones from the freezer section. I will say the facility and atmosphere were very nice.
Someone put some money into the building. The staff were very friendly, but they forgot about us for extended periods.
I had to go get someone to bring us the check. It’s hard to believe this is part of a successful franchise, it felt more like a handful of amateurs guessing at what hibachi should look like.
