While the atmosphere is relaxed, the service can feel a bit cold at times, which is surprising in a children's hospital setting. It would be lovely to see a bit more warmth from the staff. Nevertheless, it’s a solid option for a quick meal when you're in the hospital. Just don’t expect a warm welcome... 😊
