Caribbean Corner is a hidden gem on E Main St! 🌴 I ordered the oxtail, and wow, it made my week. The sauce was rich and flavorful, perfectly soaking into the rice. The fried plantains were so delicious that I couldn't wait to leave the parking lot!

The casual, trendy atmosphere matched the comforting food vibe perfectly. Papi’s been running this place for over 30 years, and you can tell he’s got it down! For quick bites and lunch, this is the spot - I'll definitely be back! 🍽️
