Unfriendly service.
No bathroom (I have a gastrointestinal disease & was having an emergency) & refused to tell me where one was until someone else spoke up.
But even then they didn't want to.
If I hadn't already paid for my food I would have left.
I'm used to better service and just plain friendly service at the other location in Crestwood.
Maybe I shouldn't have expected the same here.
Disappointed. The chicken is awesome though.

I made an order over the phone for a catering order for a birthday party the next day.
The person on the phone was super friendly and helpful.
The food was ready to go at the assigned time and was delicious.
We also got a large size or Mac and cheese which was also delicious.
We will for sure be back! We had a wonderful experience.

A little hole in the wall serving the BEST fried chicken!! It is my absolute favorite, and I make it a destination every time I make a visit home.
On a good day, this chicken can't be beat! On an off day, it'll still be better than most!! #theking
