I recently dined at Kim's Restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed! The Korean fried chicken was, without a doubt, the best I've had in Raleigh - perfectly crispy and not oily at all! 🤤 I opted for the half original and half spicy sauce, and it was a flavor explosion.

I also tried the spicy short ribs soup, which hit the spot with its bold flavors. The service was lovely; the staff went above and beyond to help me find vegan options, including the vegetable dumplings and bibimbap.

The casual atmosphere and generous portions make it an ideal spot for lunch or dinner. I can't wait to return! 🍽️
