I just visited Killer Burger and was extremely disappointed with my experience.
The burger I ordered came with two flat buns, one of which was burnt.
To make matters worse, the buns were flipped upside down, presumably to hide the burnt side.
While the taste of the sandwich was just okay, the quality was far below what I expected, especially for the price I paid.
Additionally, the fries and onion rings were carelessly thrown together in the bag, blending into a greasy mess.
Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I do not plan on returning.

BEST burger!! The Bun was soft and crispy! The burger was juicy! Fries were hot, crispy, & soft on the inside. Customer service was awesome also! Only complaint - not enough parking.

Been waiting quite awhile to visit our newest Killer Burger in Eugene.
The atmosphere was fun and locally inspired.
Convenient menu and ordering system.
Excellent and well mannered service from all of the staff I interacted with.
I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was pretty tasty.
The fries were delicious and the original dipping sauce was too mustardy for me but others in my party liked it.
Lots of big screens that were not loud, but good array or entertainment.
Will return soon to try another burger.
