I had an incredible dining experience at Kihon! 🍣 The fresh sashimi - especially the yellowtail and eel - was outstanding. You can really taste the quality! The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, perfect for solo dining or a lunch date.

Although I wished I could order directly from the sushi chefs at the bar, the delightful staff and fast service made up for it.

You’ll definitely want to try their small plates during happy hour! Just a heads up: the sports bar noise can be a bit much, but it didn’t ruin my experience. Highly recommend it! 🌟
