KFC on W Broadway is a classic go-to for chicken lovers! 🍗 I stopped by recently and was excited to grab some chicken nuggets, which are always a treat.

However, the service could use some improvement; it was a bit slow and the staff seemed more focused on the drive-through than in-store customers. My order wasn’t complete, missing biscuits and getting shorted on gravy, which was disappointing.

But shoutout to Mrs. Pam and her team for their dedication - she really went above and beyond to fix things! Despite the hiccups, I left with a smile. Just remember to check if they’re open before heading out! 😊
