It was literally a Circus with a bunch of Clowns on their phones working in the kitchen. I went through the drive thru at 6:15pm I ordered a family meal and payed $45.
The girl at the window told me to park in the front and they would bring my order out.
I would imagine they have a system to get a description of the vehicles so they don't confuse orders, but they don't.
They gave my order to another vehicle.
After 30 minutes I went into the restaurant to ask for my order.
The counter was busy with people complaining about orders and refunds.
I finally received my order and left that Circus.
I got home to a single serving of sides, dry corn, and I didn't receive my whole order of chicken.
There was also a yellow plastic object at the bottom of the bucket.
Dinner was disgusting.
I will not go there again.
I wouldn't even go if they offered to remake my order.

I went threw drive thru, they were friendly, food didn't take too long but bad thing is I did find some bone in my pot pie, good thing I was feeding this to my toddler, my finger is pointing to the bone

As I entered I was not greeted.
I went to wash my hands and use the restroom, they didn’t have any paper towels in the restroom. I was rudely greeted with have you been helped sr, and I was then prompted to use the kiosk twice to order.
Why use a kiosk when you have staff available to take my order.
If you can’t take my order face to face, then how can I trust you with my food.
She said she was the only cashier at the drive thru, it wasn’t that busy one customer, and she walked out behind the counter to peer out the window.
Obviously she wasn’t that busy. I’m sure this location will go out of business soon enough.
