KFC at Castle Run Shopping Center is a mixed bag. 🍗 On one hand, I love their classic chicken and biscuits - when they’re fresh! Unfortunately, my last visit left a lot to be desired. The chicken was dry, and my go-to chicken pot pie had an odd amount of dark meat, which was disappointing.

However, the staff was friendly and welcoming, really making you feel at home. 🙌 It’s a great spot for a quick bite, but I hope they can up their game in quality. I’ll likely give it another try, hoping for better next time!
