We recently placed an order to take to a dinner once arriving the chicken looked as if it had set on the heat lamp for hours the biscuit where hard as a rock missing the gravy and the coleslaw was sour upon returning to the store the staff was completely unhelpful and REFUSED to make this right $50.13 worth of sorry food this store had always been good be now they have lost our business and I will spread the word.This is not how you do business not even I am sorry sad
They need better management.The owner should really invest in training if they want to maintain their investment of this franchise.I completed an online order and it said 5 min; well I was in the parking lot they were not busy.They made me and everyone else pull up to get off their timer and apparently forgot about me.I was waiting about 15 min and I finally went inside to find my food sitting in a delivery window.The biscuits were old; the chicken wasn’t fully seasoned, the boneless wings are boneless bites, the coleslaw was good.I’d recommend finding another location it was just convenient to the hotel we were visiting.
On the 4th of july after working all day I stopped at this location to get food.The 3 employees one being the assistant manager, were so kind .They had there hands full.It was very busy but the sweet and kind employees never lost the cool.Those 3 employees deserve something special for working that day .
