Gave them the benefit of the doubt from my previous horrible service on the drive through.Received even worse customer service on the drive through than we did from the previous experience.The lady had nothing but a rude attitude over the intercom.Didn't say anything at the window.Was very angry looking when we had to ask for a straw.Forgot to add my fries and receipt.Gave me an attitude when I asked for my receipt.Stepped in to get my fries when I realized they were not with my order.I let the manager know that their drive through service was going to get them nothing but complaints and less in sales.The manager was not a problem.She was very sweet and looked surprised when I told her about the drive through.You need to address these issues or you're not going to do nothing but lose customers.

Love the beef and cheddar and the French dip.Curly fries are a specialty but they also have crinkle fries! You can get deals if you use their app.The staff is friendly and pretty quick getting your meal out.There's a drink station in the lobby so you can get free refills.They keep the tables clean.The ketchup pump hasn't worked in a while.

Today is Feb 16,2024 8:30 pm I place my order thru the drive thru.A number 1 double with crinkle fries.Been waiting in line then ,when I get my food it cold cruely fries.Jus put what they wanted in the bag
