I recently stopped by KFC on Fayetteville St in Durham and had a mixed experience. 🌟 I opted for the Famous Bowl and it was as comforting as always - definitely a go-to for me! However, they were out of chicken pot pies, which was a bummer.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized; my online order wasn’t ready when I arrived. Waiting 30 minutes was frustrating, and they accidentally handed my order to someone else. 😅 They could definitely use a boost in customer service, but the comfort food keeps me coming back! Here’s hoping for a smoother visit next time... 🍗
