September 05, 2024Dashi is a delightful little ramen spot tucked away in Durham! 🌟 We stopped by before a concert at DPAC and were instantly charmed by the cozy, trendy atmosphere. The historic wooden interiors add a unique touch.
I ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and it did not disappoint - rich, flavorful, and comforting! We also enjoyed the bao buns and some refreshing beer from their great selection. The service was friendly without hovering, making us feel right at home.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a casual yet satisfying dining experience! Next time, I can't wait to try the matcha cake! 🍵✨
