Kashin Japanese Restaurant is a delightful find tucked away in Crossroads Plaza! 🥢 From the moment we stepped in, it felt cozy and inviting. The Alaskan and California rolls were fresh and bursting with flavor - definitely a highlight!

I must mention the katsudon; it's the best I've had in NC! While the service was a bit slow and the space small, our attentive server made up for it.

Do try the grilled roll and save room for the fried pound cake with green tea ice cream! Overall, a wonderful spot for sushi lovers... Can't wait to return! 🍣✨
