October 04, 2024Hidden away in Midway Plaza, Kanji Sushi Hibachi is a delightful find for sushi lovers! 🍣 I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered the shrimp tempura rolls, which were bursting with flavor, though they could’ve been rolled a bit tighter. The California roll was fresh and satisfying!
The ambiance is clean and spacious, perfect for a casual meal, and the staff were attentive. I loved the added perk of reward points on each order! I can’t wait to return and try their hibachi offerings. Highly recommended for a tasty sushi fix! 🌟
