Food was great, love me my childhood juan pollo! Although, service wasn’t.Completely rude older chicks..And everyone just looks like they hate their job.

The chicken was great, we ordered Horchata which was not good at all.They had this greasy texture and were grainy.Too bad we tried it until we left the place.The place is clean on the outside.Inside the kitchen was a little messy.The cashier was really nice and polite, compared to the people handling your food.They looked stressed out and not in a good mood.Overall it was okay.

Never had problems at any Juan Pollo location, nor the Ontario location...until today. Went to get lunch and brought back to work.When I was about to enjoy the rice pudding I purchased, I noticed at least 4 spots of mold. So disappointed! Now I am questioning the food I just ate...crossing my fingers I don't get sick!
