I ordered the turkey BLT on wheat with potato salad! I was totally underwhelmed the sandwich really was sad and very skimpy on toppings.
The potatoe salad was a tiny portion.
For $12 not worth buying again.
This was my 1st and probably last Jimmy John's...

Unfortunately I chose this location vs driving to the highlands location.
If you plan to change anything on your sandwich don’t come to this location.
I ordered a Cubano and wanted to add lettuce and tomato.
Simple order and I said it three times.
Justin, the cashiers name on the receipt, was on his phone instead of fully paying attention.
When my order was called I saw the girl wrapping it, mentioned there was supposed to be lettuce and tomato and was ignored until I said it again and she said “not on the receipt”.
Asked for a side of them, enough for a sandwich, and had to wait while they called out 5 other orders.
Had to ask again, wait longer, and was given a tiny cup of lettuce and two tomato slices for a 16” sandwich. -May 5, 2023

Ordered delivery at 10:00 pm & it is now 12:26 am & still no food delivered!! At 11:00pm, I got the "YOUR ORDER IS OUT FOR DELIVERY" & it never got delivered? I have ordered here MANY, many times.
This is just sad, unprofessional, & I deserved at least a phone call or a message explaining WHY my food was never delivered for some strange reason.
