Today I ordered the new salami with mozzarella (I already forgot the name).
When I got back to work with our food, I realized they accidentally forgot the cheese and balsamic.
I called to inform them.
They said come back and get a new one on us.
When I went back they let me keep the other sandwiches.
We are all human and all of us make mistakes.
They were very kind and professional! PS Best tuna ever!

If it wasn't for Austin I wouldn't even be a Jimmy John's fan!! Besides being professional and keeping a clean atmosphere they get me in and out in less than 5 minutes it is ridiculous how fast they are, they do a wonderful wonderful job! The delivery serviice is impeccable and they're always super friendly, this is hands down the best Jimmy Johns in Vegas!

Ordered delivery a couple weeks ago and it took 2 hours.
Figured I'd try again today and my food was never delivered at all.
Tried calling the store both times and only get a busy signal.
Love the sandwiches but delivery service is a joke.
