Jimmy Carter's Mexican Cafe is a little gem in San Diego! 🌟 We stopped by for brunch and I indulged in the enticing machaca burrito, while my husband loved his shrimp burrito. The warm, fresh chips and flavorful salsa were the perfect starters!
The service was impressively fast, and we felt right at home on the cozy patio, perfect for people-watching. I also appreciated their accommodating options for my burrito.

I had a fantastic time at this cozy spot! The machaca burrito was a definite highlight, packed with flavor and freshness. My husband raved about the shrimp burrito too. With warm chips and delicious salsa, it made for a perfect meal. We’re already planning our return!
