One of our favorite restaurants!! It never disappoints.
Whenever we find ourselves in San Diego, we head out to Hash House. There is often a wait, make a reservation if you can.
The place is popular.
An accessible ramp leads you right inside, there is a courtyard in the back for outdoor seating. Menu is varied and extensive with choices for healthy ration.
Portions are enormous, so bring your appetite.
We try something different every time.
Our waitress was great, our food arrived at our table quickly, super hot AND looking fabulous! So SO good!! The drinks!! We ordered the flapjack and the chicken sage salad.
Plus crispy pork loin AND the “world’s best bread pudding” because I’m a sucker for all things “world’s best”🏆 Street parking was plentiful, there are some really nice shops around if you want to walk off some calories after your meal 😉

This is one of the best hidden secrets in San Diego.
If you've never been the portions are huge and amazing.
Giant pancakes giant waffles giant everything but made in a stylistic really interesting way.
You be doing yourself a disservice if you ordered the same thing every time.
It's fun just to go and try something new but the portions are humongous so you have to go once every 6 months otherwise you're going to get diabetes but it's amazing and would probably be well worth the hospital bill.
I cannot begin to tell you how good this quesadilla was.

This place has got to be hands-down, best breakfast in San Diego.
The portions are gigantic.
The food is amazing.
The atmosphere is fun and the taste is absolutely delicious.
You will not be disappointed.!!!!!!! I had the famous fried chicken sandwich and my husband had the corned beef hash ! Neither one of us could finish our plates and we still tried to keep eating because it was sooo good! Service was great just a delicious breakfast day after Christmas 2023 🥰🎄🫶
