I ordered delivery was told 45 minutes.
Called twice.
Pizza was delivered 2 hours later.
Ice cold.
Call to speak to the manager and she refuses to comp the order.
Said she would only give a future credit.
I requested the delivery driver to come and pick it up she refused.
Still only offering a credit.
I feel bad for the driver that didn't get a tip due to bad management.
We are 2 miles from the store.
Bad management will always produce unhappy employees.
Never will I order pizza from there.

Our go to for deep dish pizza.
Pizza Hut not up to par as in the past.
Jet's is not skimpy on their ingredients.
Always fresh and hot.
Almost always have coupons available.
Online ordering convenient and ready to go when you get there.
Expect little delay during holidays.
Never disappointed. UPDATE: 9/9/22: ordered takeout from our favorite pizza joint tonight...VERY disappointed! We've always been very pleased at how much topping is piled on their pizza vs.
their competitors and this time, toppings were very scantily placed! Hardly any cheese, pineapple, and green peppers compared to how it's been in the past.
I understand everyone has been hurting financially over the past 2 years, but we're paying $22 for a large when it was $15 before.
So, now we're paying more and getting less!!!! This is NOT the way to draw customers...see picture below.

One of the best pizza we ate . We ate it so fast that I forgot to take photos. The pizza was thick we took the deep dish. We have 4 stars because the service was bad .
The girl there was inpatient.
