I don't know if there was a manager working at this location on Saturday night, but the three kids goofing off behind the counter got order after order wrong.
When I told them they had made my sandwich incorrectly with tomatoes, which I can't eat, I asked them to just refund me the sandwich because I was late to work.
They then said they would make it again, and when I reiterated that I just wanted a refund, I was told, "You're fine! Just go." Someone needs to be hire a leader for this location, and get some employees trained on customer service and making a sandwich.

I ordered the Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak.
I got a regular chicken cheese steak.
There were no mushrooms on the sub.
I also asked for raw onions on the sub and there were none.
I couldn’t find or taste the cooked sub either.
The bread also wasn’t fully cooked or the normal color.
I submitted a review through the app.
They said the owner of the location would contact me, but they never did.

No matter which restaurant I go to, the food is always great.
Some places service could use a touch up, but for the most part decent.
